Return Policy
For defective or damaged products, BOPStaples.com (aka BEST Office Products) provides the following warranties:
A RETURN REQUEST MUST FORMALLY BE MADE VIA EMAIL NO LATER THAN 30 DAYS FROM THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE DATE. ATTEMPTS BEYOND THE 30 DAY PERIOD OFFER NO LEGAL OR FINANCIAL RECOURSE. IT IS SOLEY AT OUR DESCRETION TO ACCEPT ANY RETURN REQUEST BEYOND THE ORIGINAL 30 DAY PERIOD AND CAN BE RESCINDED WITHOUT NOTICE. GOOD FAITH ACCEPTANCE OF RETURNS OR PARTIAL RETURNS BEYOND THE ORIGINAL 30 DAY PERIOD DOES NOT SET PRECEDENCE FOR FUTURE RETURNS. ATTEMPTS TO COERCE BY SLANDEROUS MEANS (Including but not limited to FACEBOOK POSTINGS, GOOGLE REVIEWS, FRAUDULENT BBB FILINGS etc.), OR BY OTHER THREATS WILL REQUIRE US TO SEEK LEGAL DAMAGES.
Replacement staples being returned to BOPStaples.com (aka BEST Office Products) because of warranty claim or shipping damage typically are handled separate from you receiving the replacement item. You will need to re-order your staples. Once we have received the item in question and inspected it, a refund will be issued.
*PLEASE NOTE THAT IF THE CUSTOMER FAILS TO RETURN THE DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEM TO BOPSTAPLES.COM (AKA BEST OFFICE PRODUCTS) WITHIN 30 DAYS, CUSTOMER WILL BE CHARGED OUR PUBLISHED WEBSITE PRICE FOR THE REPLACEMENT ITEM.
BOPStaples.com’s (aka BEST Office Products) liability hereunder shall be limited to replacement or reimbursement as stated above. This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied. The tampering of any BOPStaples.com (aka BEST Office Products) staple cartridge by any person or persons, other than by a BOPStaples.com (aka BEST Office Products) representative, voids all warranties and releases BOPStaples.com (aka BEST Office Products) from all liability.
IN NO EVENT SHALL BOPSTAPLES.COM (AKA BEST OFFICE PRODUCTS) BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES OR LOST PROFITS FROM ANY BREACH OF THIS WARRANTY OR OTHERWISE.

All returned items must have a return authorization number provided by BOPStaples.com (aka BEST Office Products). To receive an authorization number, please email us at: sales@BOP247.com
No returns will be accepted after the warranty and/or exchange periods listed above. Please do not write “R.A.” numbers on the product packaging. Please write “R.A.” numbers ONLY ON THE SHIPPING CONTAINER. Return items with writing, labels, or any damage or defacing to the product packaging will not be accepted. All returns must be packaged in cardboard shipping container. Do not ship return items in product packaging please. BOX IT UP PLEASE.
