THIS WEBSITE DOES NOT SHIP TO AFRICA, ASIA, CANADA, MEXICO, EUROPE, CENTRAL OR SOUTH AMERICA. THIS WEBSITE ONLY SHIPS TO AREAS WITHIN THE US POSTAL SYSTEM. IF YOU ARE FROM OUTSIDE THE USA, PLEASE EMAIL US AND WE CAN INVOICE YOU FOR THE PRODUCT(S) AND SHIPPING COSTS VIA EMAIL. PAYMENT CAN BE MADE RIGHT FROM THE EMAIL.

We offer both USPS Priority Mail as well as a FLAT RATE shipping option.
Your shipment may originate from more than one location and deliveries may arrive in separate packages.
Provided the item(s) are in stock, orders placed before 2PM (EST) usually ship out the same day. However, our normal order processing time is one to three business days but could take up to 5 business days under certain circumstances. Typically, orders placed after 2PM (EST) will ship the following day. Orders placed Friday after 2PM (EST) will be processed the following Monday. Any orders received on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) or on a holiday will be processed on the next available business day (Monday through Friday).
Our orders are imported every few hours into our internal processing system. At that time you will receive your order number via email and another email will follow with tracking number details a few hours after the item leaves our facility. Transit times start when package leaves our facility. Please allow up to one (1) business day for your tracking number to be uploaded into the carrier’s system. Transit times are not guaranteed and shipping costs are not refundable.
You may view the status of your order by logging into you account and viewing your order history or by clicking the 'Track Order Link' in your order confirmation.
Risk of Loss
BOPStaples.com's (aka BEST Office Products) liability for delivery shall cease, and title and all risk of loss or damage shall pass to customer upon delivery to carrier.
